Anyone experience issues with USB redirection?
Works on the full clone and linked clone desktops but it doesn't work on instant clone desktops.
A disconnect and reconnect from the session seems to resolve the issue.

I haven't experienced that issue (yet), but I think have you have a better chance to an answer/solution in the following forum: /community/vmtn/horizon/content?filterID=contentstatus[published]~objecttype~objecttype[thread] as don't believe this may be related to VMware UEM.

Not sure if you have the same environment and described issues.
are you using different parent images for different types of pools?
and also try to find how the View agent was installed on your parent image
