How to setup vmxnext3 in windows 2012

I run VMware Workstation 12 on windows 2012, and I want to bridge to the 10G Ethernet card in host.

How can I setup vmxnext3 ?

You can try to power off the VM and change <ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000e"> to <ethernet0.virtualDev = "vmxnet3"> in vmx file.
