License Question – ESXi Enterprise 6.0 to 6.5

I have vSphere 6.0 running on a suite of hardware.  This includes licenses for ESXi, vCenter, vRealize Log Insight, NSX

If I install 6.5, can i use all of the above license keys?

You need to upgrade your licence key as well in myvmware portal

As long as you stay with the same major version for your products, there shouldn't be a need for a license key upgrade.

In case you are unsure, simply login to your My VMware portal, and select Update. If none of the 6.x licenses show an available upgrade, your good to go.
