Update vIDM from 2.8.1 to 2.9.2, Failed. Error: connection to sfcbd lost

Hi

Does anyone know about upgrade procedure from 2.8.1 to 2.9.2 ? Do i have to upgrade first to 2.9.1?

If i update with online update, the installer goes direct to 2.9.2, but while installation the error "connection to sfcbd lost" appears,

the installer reconnects several times, then at the end the appliance seems to be upgraded, but after reboot

networkconfig is lost and also cloud application catalog is broken, (no icons shown)

(Cloud Application Catalog is broken after networkconfig was repaired manual)

Maybe someone else could use that information.

Together with VMware Support, the problem was solved.
