What's the best way to manage/calculate/guide of CPU/RAM.

Hardware: HP ProLiant DL360 Gen9

processor type Intel Xeon CPU E5-2640 v4 @ 2.40GHz

2-Sockets

10-Cores per sockets

40-logical processors

32GB-RAM.

Have 2 files servers and 1 SQL server.
