CNAME/Alias update in Infoblox

vRO needs to provision an Infoblox/DNS entry for the Database Name (oracle.db_name) pointing to the primary address of the VM being provisioned.

The Infoblox entry should be associated with the vRA deployment such that when the deployment is deleted, the Infoblox entry is also deleted.

I'm not sure about doing this through the vRO Infoblox plugin, but I am performing several functions through vRO to manipulate various entries in Infoblox.  I had made Infoblox an API endpoint and grab the necessary inputs needed before passing through API calls.
