VCP6 chances in 2018 -2019 after the release of VCP6.5

Hello, I'm planning to sit for vcp6, But since the release of 6.5 I'm kind of confused between the two choices.

Please help me with you opinion about those 2 certification paths and chances in the market of 2018-2019.

If you're going for VCP6-DCV, you should try for 6.5 since that's the latest release and future features of the platform will be built from there.

Thank you so much for your reply. The VCP6.5 does not have an official guid, and I don't think reading in a book of vcp6 and practicing in vcp6.5 Lab is pedagogicly good. Please tell me what you think.

New customers will most almost certainly adopt 6.5, many existing customers are already adopting 6.5 - if you want your VCP to be relevant for partners or customers (as potential employers), work towards the 6.5 version.
