Moving VM on iSCSI/NFS to FC LUN - 1

Hello Experts,

We have a old storage on Netapp platform (ISCSI/NFS) and new storage on IBM platform (FC)

The plan is decommison  old hosts and old storage also.

We will  add new hosts connect to old storage (iSCSI and NFS) and connect to new storage also (FC)

How do I move VM from iSCSI/NFS procotol to FC protocol LUN?

Please guide.

You can use vSphere Storage vMotion to migrate virtual machines from the NetApp platform to the new IBM storage.

Yes. Just create VMFS volumes with IBM storage LUNs and storage vMotion the VMs from NFS/iSCSI datastore to FC datastore. No downtime required.
