PSC in HA with LB

Hi I've create PSC in HA mode so I have two PSC, vCenter is connected to the first one and onv Center is deployed NSX with LB. I create certificate on both psc with official KB from VMware. I cant finished last part which means that I can't repoint m vCenter to the HA address. I have this kind of error

An error occurred while invoking external command : 'stderr: Error 9127: Could not connect to VMware Directory Service via LDAP. Verify VMware Directory Service is running on the appropriate system and is reachable from this host.

I can ping this address and add additional ports 11711 and 11712 to LB. But all of it without success

What is the Version of VC you are trying to deploy?

If it is 6.0 please follow the sequence of steps correctly as mentioned in Configuring PSC 6.0 High Availability for vSphere 6.0 using vCenter Server 6.0 Appliance (2113315) |...

PSC 6.5.0.550

NSX LB 6.3.1
