AppVolumes 2.12.1 - possible assign app NOT only for computers?

We use AppVolumes 2.12.1

Problem: AppStacks are assigned only to computers. That is, if I assign an AppStack to a user or a user group, the application does not appear. Appears only when you assign a computer or an OU that contains computers. So it should be?

Please review the agent logs to see why it isn't mounting. If you are assigning writable volumes, only user assignments are supported.
