Upgraded to vRO 7.3 and had a domain name change from company.local to company.com. I updated DNS and the appliance. Regenerated a new cert. Restarted the services and everything looks good. I went to vRA and updated my endpoint (I have an external vRO) and accepted the new cert.
Now, when I call vRO workflows from vRA I get this error in vRA: 'javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Certificate is not in CA store. Looking closer at vRO I see the same error there on the workflow run.
I believe I have the certs accepted everywhere they need to be but something is still broken. Has anyone run across this before?
Could you try the resolution steps provided in the following KB article - https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2150673
I did try those steps several times. I ended up pulling every cert in vRO and reloaded them all. Once complete I reset the authentication. I have found that resetting the authentication is the only way to get vRO to accept a configuration thumbprint is to reset authentication.
