Failed to start the virtual machine.

HI,

After i off my Vm on vSphere client, then reboots back is come this error message --->

"Failed to start the virtual machine.

Module Disk power on failed.

Cannot open the disk 'SnT Finance win7.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

The system cannot find the file specified

VMware ESX cannot find the virtual disk "SnT Finance win7.vmdk". Verify the path is valid and try again. "

i have try to create new Vm is same error message.

The most probable reason for "The system cannot find the file specified" is that ESXi cannot find the file specified.
So check with putty or WinSCP if
- 'SnT Finance win7.vmdk' exists
- 'SnT Finance win7-flat.vmdk'
-t he path referenced in 'SnT Finance win7.vmdk' to 'SnT Finance win7-flat.vmdk' is valid.
- the path to 'SnT Finance win7.vmdk' referenced in the vmx-file is valid.
If the files are gone - dont panic and do something in haste.
