Licensing vCenter Server 6

I have entered my license key to license vCenter Server. After doing so I got an EULA licensing error that said I needed to license at least one asset. I went in to the hosts and clusters and figured I would just assign a license to a host, but I am getting an error there also. I get "Cannot add the following license keys. Existing Licenses: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fix or remove these license keys to proceed." Thank you for any help.

Welcome to the Community,

Did the license key(s) you entered in the vCenter Server licensing section resolve to the expected product with the correct number of instances (for vCenter Server), or CPUs (for the ESXi hosts)? Once the licenses are accepted, you can go the the Assets, select a product, and assign an available license.

If you are still having issues, please post some screenshots of what's shows in the licensing and assets window. Make sure that you gray out any license keys!
