Replication can not see target location

I meet a issue when I upgrade replication server.

Site A vSphere version is 5.5.0 , 2068190

Site B vSphere version is 5.5.0 , 2403361

When I use vsphere replication 5.5.0.0-1309877 , it's work fine .

But when I upgrade to 5.8.0.1-2170514 , Site B can replication to Site A , but Site A can not replication Site B

I can not see anything when choose target location .

Then I remove all replication server and install vsphere replication 5.5.0.0-1309877.

I still can not see any target location .

Has anyone ever met this situation?
Hope someone can tell me how to solve it , thanks a lot !!

Could be an issue with the vCenter Server Inventory service on the target site.

Make sure you can connect to that service ok - you need to communicate from Web Client on Site A to vCenter on Site B over port 10443.

And make sure the service is working. Try using the search box in the vSphere Client and see if it works ok.

Yes , I am sure Site A can communicate to Site B over Port 10443

And I also can not see target location when I choose Site B replication to Site B .

Could be some other general issue with the Inventory service. You could try restarting that particular service, or just restart vCenter on site B.
