I got my new 500GB RDX Cardritch and try it on my Laptop it work with the first generation RDX Case.
When I plug it on my Server the dont appear. The new USB 3.0 Version is in the list.
Does the old one not work?Thanks
The Tanberg device is not showing as supported in the VMware Compatibility Guide. https://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php. In my opinion, this is unsupported. He/she can troubleshoot with guidance from KB USB support in ESXi/ESX 4.1, ESXi 5.x, and ESXi 6.x (1022290) - https://kb.vmware.com/kb/1022290.
