REST call error found inside VRASNRequestUtil.getTemplateViaRest: Method failed: (/catalog-service/api/consumer/entitledCatalogItems/530be3f8-1d41-4584-8e22-e181d14fcc3b/requests/template) with code: 401 - Invalid username/password combo
seems to be missing a userToken; DEBUG code prior to the REST call:
DEBUG >> getTemplateViaRest userToken is
This is the 2nd occurrence where a request would fail because it couldn't return the Catalog Item Template due to authentication. Last week this self-healed itself. I was receiving failures all morning; in the afternoon it worked as expected.
