Usage Meter 3.5 wrong bundle in report

Hello,

we used at the moment the Usage Meter 3.5. In the monthly report, the Usage Meter reports the "VMware vCloud SP Advanced Bundle".

But we use the "VMware vCloud SP Standard Bundle with Management".

How can i change the product bundle in the usage meter?

Thanks for the help!

Kind Regards

Hi,

It could be that you are using the worng vsphere product  license key. For the standard bundle you need the special VCAN vsphere enterprise + distributed switches license keys. If you use the vsphere enterprise plus keys in you environment, Usage meter will report another bundle.

Its not possible to change the manually.

Kind regards,

Marco

Seems an old issue. But for benefit of all - Products combination -

vSphere (Enterprise Plus license ) + vROPS (Enterprise ) will results in Standard Bundle With Management

Hi, I have the same problem and have been asked to change this so that it displays the correct info.

We are seeing VMware vCloud Service Provider Bundle - Premier Edition but should be seeing NEW - Advanced Bundle

I cannot find information on what steps we have to take to change this.

Can someone here help us with this question?

I have both listed. Also all my billing categories are vCAN and Enterprise Plus. I had trouble setting up this UM and getting it working properly. I ended up opening a support ticket with VMware.
