how can prevent from create desktop after remove that

Hi

i want delete on of my desktops but when i click on desktop and select delete from disk after a few minutes it will be  another create automatically why do this happen ?

what do i have to do for prevent recompose ???

Please do check your Desktop pool settings  Provisioning tab to confirm the Pool size and minimum no:of machine requirement.

for example max number of machine for me is 6 is that your means do these steps :

1 - delete one of them with click on that machine from admin panel and select delete from disk

2 - change max number of machine from 6 to 5 ?

is that correct and enough ????

No..that is just a sample screenshot   You need to check at any given point of time how many machines are available. 

>For example if your pool size is 15 -that is the maximum desktop VM's for that pool.

>Number of spare machines ( For eg : 5) will decide how many machines should be powered on at any given point of time as long as rest of the configurations are correct.-

Above is for Pool sizing and now you should choice if these machines should be Provisioned Up front or On Demand - Assuming that we are going with 10 machines as On-demand . You will always see 5 machines Powered on  and rest 10 would kick in based on user demand.- whenever a new machine gets provisioned,spare count will  decrease and as per the setting it would deploy another spare machine.

i have attached a pic from my pool

max number of machine =7

spare = 1

now i have just 5 desktop on this pool and want delete 2 of from these 5 machine also enable provisioning in unchecked

i know if checked enabled provisioning it will be automatically create all of them and will be increased from 5 o 7 now if i check enable provisioning where do i have to do config that can delete vm and it don't provision a new vm ?

AFAIK if you put spare count as 0 ,in this case it should not provision any machines upfront.
