GEtting this error when trying to add a user from either local or domain.

Solution 2: Restarting the Single Sign-On service.

Solution 3:  Log into webclient using admin@system-domain and refresh Identity source.

Solution 4: After following KB 1015639, re-point the Inventory Service to SSO, if it is installed on a different server.
