Installing the ITSM 2.0 plugin wiped my configuration in SNOW

We recently upgraded to vRA 7.3 in our Dev environment where we are testing the ITSM plugin. After upgrading vRA, we moved on to the 2.0 version of the plugin. However, upon installation, all configuration data for the plugin was lost. I am attempting to reconfigure, but it is not able to complete the OAUTH registration this time around. Is this loss of configuration expected during an upgrade?

I corrected the OAUTH issue(Misspelling of the MIDServer name), but I'm still frustrated that the configuration was wiped. Hopefully someone has some insight. Thank you.

Please share steps which were used to upgrade plugin from version 1.0 to version 2.0.

Upgrade installation is not supported by plugin from v 1.0 to v 2.0.

I followed the deployment steps in the attached document. The majority of the work was already completed(ADFS, SNOW, vRA). I simply followed the install process for the plugin in SNOW

I followed same steps but my upgrade did not get committed and got errors at 'preview update set' stage. I am using Helsinki development instance. All the configurations are coming from SNOW database. Can you please verify your 'System Properties' table and all the fields starting with prefix 'vrasn.*'.
