Baber, you have configured syslog on ESXi so if you do not see events in LI then you have one of two issue 1) you did not configure the firewall on ESXi -- see http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2003322 2) ESXi cannot reach LI -- you can check /var/log/.vmsyslogd on ESXi for errors.

so thanks but firewall is open en esxi for syslog ports

use this command :

esxcli network firewall ruleset set --ruleset-id=syslog --enabled=true
esxcli network firewall refresh

and also i have attached syslog file there is not important in this syslog file

my log insight ip is : 10.10.50.56

and mu single esxi host that i want add to log insight is : 172.16.24.140

and there is not any limitation between two ip

why log insight can not see my single esxi host ?

If you do not see the events in LI, but you do see other events in LI then the issue is likely either network or ESXi related. You need to look at /var/log/.vmsysloderr on the ESXi to see what it is complaining about. Of course your other option is to open a support case with GSS.
