I was about to switch to VMware as I have Ryzen and have had so many issues with Virtual Box and Windows Server 2016 VM's crashing and BSOD constantly.
Are there also issues with Ryzen and VMware, this is a nightmare. I need to use Virtualisation and none of them have optimsed for Ryzen they need to be.
Is there anyone that can tell me what their experience has been with VMWare Workstation, the free non commercial version?
I have tried a number of different VM Settings, and BIOS settings. Does anyone have any advise what these should be with VMware?
I need it for some Windows Virtual Machines, and Linux, i heard there might be some issues with the Linux VM's
The Virtual Box Linux VM's seem to be ok, i was mainly having issues with the Windows VM's on Virtual Box always crashing and Blue screen BSOD.
What will my experience be like when I try VMWare Workstation?
