I downloaded App Volumes 2.12.1 iso which has agent, manager, and template.vhd. Where is the template.vmdk supposed to be? Am I supposed to convert vhd to vmdk or am I just being an idiot?
It is bundled within the App Volumes manager installation. When you install and setup the App Volumes Manager, the prepackaged AppStack and writable volume templates gets copied to the selected storage under /cloudvolumes/apps_templates folder.
If you are upgrading existing App Volumes manager, you must pload the prepackaged templates again. Please refer to page 56 in the user guide.
