Please help me. i have IBM X3200 M3 with Intel Xeon Technology. i want to install vmware esxi 4.1. my question

1. can tell me step by step

2. can install with RAID 1?

Go ahead, IBM x3200 M3 Series is supportable up to ESXi 5.1 U3 as per vmware Compatibility Guide.
