java.net Error on Horizon Pool

We have been seeing lately a random issue, where we see this error, which causes the provisioning of the pool to be disabled:

It's a linked clone pool. We have them set to refresh on logoff. We've seen it quite a bit in the last month. We see it almost exclusively on specific pools split across different clusters. What's odd is we have a split environment, so, in our DC1 environment, we are seeing this issue, but in our DC2 environment, almost identically mirrored, we never see this. We'd like to narrow it down some, but, as I said there isn't any real difference from a Horizon perspective across these 2 sites. I'm wondering if it's a host issue within those clusters, but, having trouble rooting it out.

This error can happen when no provisioning work is being done. IE we're not doing a big recompose and see it. This can happen just during normal operations, where people are logging off and desktops get refreshed.

Thanks in advance.

Figures, we've had this issue for a bit, I post about it, and the solution MIGHT have been found. It was in our faces all along.

Our view environment live on a VDI vCenter. That is living on a Management vCenter. Turns out that management vCenter is really running low on resources, particularly CPU. Once we migrated the VDI vCenter to a hot where resources were a bit more green, we haven't run into the issue in a few tests we've run. We'll see if things remain static.
