Received unrecoverable ECC Err, please reboot - Intel 82599 10G SFP+ Adapter

We are using vmware 6.5 with Intel 82599ES Adapter and we are observing erratic behaviors on the LAN card . Logs are undermentioned. The same setup works fine with 1G Intel NIC but 10G intel NIC are giving us a hard time.
