What's the Username Character Limit for Horizon and can it be increased?

I can't find anything about it myself.

Trying to implement YoubiKeys and it looks like the token generated exceeds whatever limit is in place for usernames. The username comes in truncated in the logs. Is there any way to increase this?

The limit for username is 256 characters and password is 127.

When reviewing the audit logs it's only passing 20 characters for authentication. Logs for attempts made outside of view are passing the full 64 characters.
