Lost Access to Volume

Hi, I am using VMware ESXi 4.1. There is 5 disks installed in this host. 3 disks are configured in Raid5 and rest are independently configured in raid0 each (Total 3 virtual groups are there). I found suddenly My All VMs are stopped responding and working very slow. I checked Event on VShpere client and found host is generating below logS:

Lost access to volume 4c8ba981-473af21b-b02e-001a64b45292 (datastore1) due to connectivity issues. Recovery attempt is in progress and outcome will be reported shortly

there are three datastores created and event is generating for all datastore. How can I get rid of it. I do not have much knowledge of current configuration. Here are few screen shots of my host. However I found few links from community websites, but it shows some top level of diagnosing which I unable to understand. Please help.

Hi there,

As these are local disks I'd start by rebooting the host and seeing if the problem persists.  If it does look at updating the RAID card firmware/drivers and see how that goes
