Unable to Obtain Hardware Information for the Selected Machine

For 1 physical server that we are working to convert to a VM using the standalone converter, we receive unable to obtain hardware information for the selected machine.  If we try another physical system, there are no issues and we are able to proceed.  We have restarted the physical server that we are unable to obtain information from, but that has not helped.

You're running the vCenter Converter from a remote machine? If yes, are you sure you're providing the correct credentials? And did you opened the vCenter Converter using the "Run As Administrator" option and/or UAC is disabled?
