• Automatic discovery & import of vCenter VMs
• Role administration at the Organization level and granular access control for Service Provider users

• Improved upgrade automation: Multi-Cell Upgrade
• Expanded support for Guest OSs and HW versions (now includes Windows Server 2016 and HW versions up to 13)

Thank you! In addition this step is necessary if you are using vCenter below 5.5 U3e. If you are are below this version vCloud director 8.20 connection will not work with vCenter. This is also noted in release notes of vCD 8.20
