Hide top/title bar (outside fullscreen)

Hello, is it possible to hide the topbar like in google chrome? I wish that everything in the red box is gone.

Other then in Full Scree view I'd say no.

Then is it possible to return to a maximed window after exiting fullscreen instead of a small one?

I have the same problem.

My solution is to have AutoFit Guest turned 'OFF'. This lets me switch between full screen and a maximized window (with a sometimes very small window in between) without destroying all my window sizes and the desktop layout.
The downside is that I always have to do the 'Fit guest now' manually.

Besides that I would love to have my VMware workstation with a title bar like this:
