SSO for View

Hello,

i playing with VMID and try to implement a SSO for VIEW. I was able to implement kerberos to get a SSO on the Workspace Website. But when try to start a View Desktop or any application, i get a credentials popup for my desktop to start.

Is that the normal behavior? Or is there any possibility to get a SSO Logon for my desktops as well.

I found the following KB that describes not the same behavior that i get but it looks similar.

https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=21435...

This is by design.. vIDM doesn't have the user's password so therefore it cannot SSO the using into a Windows resource.. But, there is a solution.. If you have Horizon 7 you can implement TrueSSO.. This allows a true seamless SSO experience into vIDM and into Windows resources.. Here's a good blog post on the topic: https://blogs.vmware.com/euc/2016/04/true-sso-setting-up-in-a-lab.html
