Guest Customization stuck at Logon Banner/EULA

I have created a VM Template and a Guest Customization that includes joining the domain and then logging in as Administrator once to run a "run once" command to move the object in an OU in Active Directory (instead of the default Computers OU vmware likes to use).  I followed these instructions vCAC – Adding VM’s to Specific AD OU’s | Defined by Software .  My issue now is that after it joins the domain and reboots I have a company wide logon banner/EULA that appears (i'm sure 90% of all companies have a logon banner) that I need to click OK on before the logon screen appears.  The "Automatically logon as adminsitrator once" feature gets stuck on this and I have to connect to each VM and click the "OK" on the EULA and then it proceeds through and does its RunOnce command without issue to move the computer object into the correct OU.

Is there anyway I can get around this EULA through VMWare.....or an alternative method to have it join domain and place in a particular OU?

Thanks.

Hi Chdecarl01,

Did you ever get an answer to this or find a workaround please?  I'm currently looking at automating a DR script and the Banner is causing me some grief.

thanks
