Hi i am using HP enclosures and BL servers. and i am running vsphere6. I  want to upgrade the firmware of Enclosure BL servers. what are the benefit do hypervisor get by upgrading them. My management wants the benefits of upgrading them.please guide me

1) Compatibility

2) fixing know issues/bugs in existing software

3) upgraded firmware might be required for enabling certain feature.
