i want to install redhat 7 on esxi 5.5 u2 but i cant find redhat' System Requirements . min memory and cpu for redhat 7 ?

The link I posted is about the RHEL system requirements, no matter if it will run in a physical or virtual server... and VMware will publish system requirements only to run hypervisor platform (vSphere ESXi,), for guest operating systems requirements you should consult the operating system vendor published systems requirements.
