VRA 7.2.0 Bulk Import

Hi ,

i'm having some issue with the bulk import function on vrealize automation

i'm triyng to import many VM in VRA but when i generate the CSV file  i get for some of the VM an error :

,INVALID_HOST_RESERVATION_TO_STORAGE

this happen only for vm that reside on 2 of my 3  Datastorecluster

instead for the VM in the other 1 Datastore Cluster the CSV i filled with ce correct Datasotre cluter name

i've tried many time to modify reservation - reservation policy and other settings without result

can someone tell me wich wrong configuration may cause this error?   can you provide me the correct step to follow in order to generate a valid CSV file?

thank you

Luca

after reconfiguring everythins the creation of the csv file works good  and shows correct datastore.

but i still got ad error : everytime i try to import the csv file , for every machine it shows me "invalid owner"

i've tried both AD and local users, both users are member (manager and user) of the BG associated to the blueprint used for the bulk import

any ideas?

1. in vra 7.2 they changed the columns of the import csv. so if you created the  csv with 7.1 and try to import to 7.2 that will fail with this error (i learned the hard way)

2. log in to vra and have a look how your name is presented in top right hand corner. use it exactly like that. don't put '' around it or "" or similar

thank you for reply

1) no upgrade was done during the bulk import , i also tried to generate a newer csv

2) tried that without result , we use the email address as username  for authentication (es  l.meglioli@mail.com ), i tried to insert as owner both l.meglioli@mail.com and l.meglioli@mail.com@domain.local , everytime i got the same error
