Unable to add vRA 6.2.4 to vCloud Usage Meter

Hello,

I am trying to add vRA to my vCloud Usage Meter 3.5 appliance. I am receiving an error as below:

Error in registering service in cafe host (fqdn of vRA Appliance) com.vmware.vcac.authentication.SsoAdminCientException: Can not retrieve the SSO SSL certificate chain.

I can confirm that the certificate on the vCloud Usage Meter appliance is a self signed default certificate. The certificates on my vRA infrastructure are all signed, not sure it is relevant???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've got the same issue. During initial configuration, it asked me to accept certificates, and I chose accept all. After that, this error. Did you ever get a resolution?

Not yet, I have a ticket logged with VMware so if I get a resolution I will post it here.

Glad I am not the only person with the same issue
