Can anyone help me on an issue when trying to convert a snapshot file.
I am trying to create a memory dump from a vmss file capture from a Windows 7 Virtual Machine that is hanging at startup.
When i run the command to convert, " vmss2core -W virtual_machine_name.vmss" i receive an error stating the following:
"Cannot locate cpu.cpu:numVCPUs"
I am running vMWare Workstation version 10.0.7 and the VM hardware version is version 10.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
