what is VM disk sharing can be used for  it is to share disk bettween VMs have the same OS or to shared files between VMs?

‌This would typically be used to share a disk (VMDK) between guest operating systems for clustering within the guest. It should not be used as a normal disk and presented to multiple virtual machines such as a standard NTFS disk presented to multiple windows machines. Doing so without correct configuration within The guest could lead to corruption of data stored on the shared disk.
