Deploy ovf template failed

Hello,

I've problems to deploy my vdp ova to a my esx local datastore  :

The operation failed due to Close failed for file "/vmfs/volumes/58418514-1b980304-fdd0-a0369f616a28/vdp/vdp.vmx": 5 (Input/output error).

and

Close failed for file "/vmfs/volumes/58418514-1b980304-fdd0-a0369f616a28/vdp/vdp.vmx": 5 (Input/output error).

An error occurred while creating a temporary dictionary file: Error.

Unable to load configuration file '/vmfs/volumes/58418514-1b980304-fdd0-a0369f616a28/vdp/vdp.vmx'.

Any help would be usefull.

It seems to be due of selfsigned certificates that my browser do not allow when I upload my file.

I still got the same issue :

The operation failed due to Cannot complete file creation operation

Hi ,

Please login to one esxi host from shere thick client  and try to deploy this  , also file you can keep in local machine

I use to deploy directly to the host esxi and work perfectly.

IvIn, are you try to deploy the ova connect directly to the host esxi???
