High latencies with backup

We see some quite high latencies when running backups, what is a *normal* increase to expect? For instance - today we saw latency hit ~200ms on our Sexigraf monitoring (example attached).

We're on the latest version of vSAN, Current Dell firmware, Health plugin is reporting green for the cluster.

Good morning, is the hybrid vSAN?  It is typical to see very high latency when doing backups as it's all read and more than likely having to go back to the HDD.  Thank you, Zach.

We're looking at migrating to AF with the new license changes in 6.5
