NSX, and how to rename logical Siwtch and get it enforced to the underlaying Distributed Portgroups

Hi

Wondering, how its possible to change/enforce that a name change on logical Switch is enforced to the actual port groups created by NSX ?

I know, i can rename them manually, also tried to look into the NSX API, but only some Get's , No Put. !

This is the expected behavior (renaming a logical switch in NSX does not change the backing dvPortgroup name). Currently there is no way to enforce the change between constructs. I have been tracking a feature request to add this functionality. I cannot comment on if/when it will be committed, but engineering is aware and a feature request is in process.
