Hardware recommendations for our lab

We'd like to test VSAN in our small lab, and we lack the proper hardware knowledge to make a decision.
I'll be glad to hear what you guys are running in your labs, and if possible a cost estimation as well.

Its possible to build a VSAN Lab in  Laptop . I have mine on Laptop with 16 gb RAM and 1 SSD Disk
