Ill be working on a deployment where NSX has been setup in a cross-vcenter deployment model using a universal transport zone. I believe this prevents me from using security groups for the distributed firewall and I have to use either an IP set or a MAC set. Think I'll use IP sets.
how doors this impact VRA, does the integration with NSX still work out of the box when a machines IP needs to be added to an IP set? All Ive ever seen in the blueprint designer is adding a machine to a security group in NSX.
IS there any other way of getting around this? The aim of using a universal transport group is so that environments can be failed over between sites with no changes of IP or networking
