How can I change Ctl-Alt-INSERT to Clt-Alt-END or Ctl-Alt-Home?

My new laptop has a weird keyboard layout making the keypress CTL-ALT-INS four keys.. instead of three.

Is there some preference or some other method to remap the sequence CTL-ALT-INS to, say, CTL-ALT-END or CTL-ALT-HOME?

(Either world work for me.)
