How do I instill Sierra in a new VM?

Hi,

I've only instilled old Windows OS with actual installation DVDs on Fusion. That was fairly easy.

However now I'd like to put the new macOS Sierra into a new VM. I already got the virtual Sierra disk on my real HD.I don't understand how to get that to work in a new VM. Help please.

I only have VMware Fustian 8.5 and NOT workstation.
