Error while powering on: The file specified is not a virtual disk

As of today I am not able to power on my VM. I use Moka5 but am not sure if this has anything to do with the issue. My virtual disk file(s) appear to be missing. When Player launches the VM it gives me the error: Error while powering on: The file specified is not a virtual disk. I've attached the VMX, VMDK descriptor, and VMware.log files for reference. Anybody know what I can do to resolve?

The vmware.log describes a successful start - user.cdski was present and was accepted as a monolithicFlat  vmdk.
Moka5 seems to do some snapshot voddoo at the end of the log and that seems to have failed.
The vmware.log looks like it is not the one you wanted to post.

I attached the Moka5 logs. Do these help?

Also, here are screenshots of the main VM directory and the 'original directory' where I think it's reading from a master image (seems like it's a linked-clone?)

The screenshots show the same directory ???
Judging from the vmware.log I dont see any hints that a linked clone was used.
