Hi,
i want to create Automated Desktop Pool using Instant Clones. However in Guest Customization section i cannot select domain. (see picture)
I found that common problem can be solved by:
In the Vmware View Administrator Console, complete the following:
- Under View Configuration dropdown, select Servers
- Select your Vcenter server and click edit
- Select Edit under "View Composer Server Settings"
- Under Domains select "Verify Server Information"
- Add your domain
But in my situation it didn't solved problem. I cannot select domain.
Make sure you add a domain account as a "Instant Clone Domain Admins" that has permissions into Active Directory to add/remove computer accounts
