Recently installed Horizon 7 VDI. I have the apps and desktops being presented fine, but USB redirection shows "disabled" in the agent settings. I checked Global Policies and verified USB is enabled.
You'll want to make sure that you have it enabled when installing the agent within the guest VM. If you upgraded the client and had it disabled, it's quite possible that you'll need to use the advanced options and enable it again when installing.
