vCOPs is a product for monitoring, correlating and analyzing a vDatacenter given the ability to increase efficiency, know risks present/future and monitoring workload in a more smart way than simple monitoring tools like Nagios (because it has the ability to correlating and collecting data from multiple sources). This product is boundled in vSphere with vSphere Operation manager or sold separately with vRealize Operation Manager (vROM).
vCAC, now vRealize Automation (vRA) is a powerfull automation tool used for delivery of VM/Apps with a simple ui and using a more powerfull templating in a catalog. This product could be used with vSphere, NSX and vSAN for inpremise automation or to handle external cloud resources (like azure, amazon,...)
SDDC is an abstraction of 4 components: CPU, Memory, Storage and Network. To realize a simple SDDC you need vSphere, NSX, vSAN. Tools for automation and monitoring could be essential to handle and scale it in a safe way.
